European financial integration: Advancing the savings and investments union

Once a year the European Commission and the European Central Bank (ECB) organise a joint conference on financial integration in Europe. At the conference, the European Commission will present its annual “European Financial Stability and Integration Review”.

Keynote speeches will be given by Commissioner Maria Luís Albuquerque and ECB Vice-President Luis de Guindos, and key policymakers, financial market leaders and academics will discuss the current state of financial development and financial integration in the EU and possible policy implications in high-level panels and fireside chat conversations.
