A face nacional das moedas de euro luxemburguesas foi desenhada por Yvette Gastauer-Claire, na sequência de um acordo entre a Corte Grã-Ducal e o Governo do Luxemburgo.
Todas as moedas luxemburguesas exibem a efígie do grão-duque Henri. Incluem igualmente o ano de emissão e o nome do país em luxemburguês (Lëtzebuerg).
